My Allen screw cam out and I can't get it to tighten, any advice

My Ricoma 4 head, only 3 align correctly. But the head all the way to the rights needle is not centered by about a millimeter and I can't figure out how to adjust only the one head to center it. Will this video fix the problem or do I need to adjust something else?

my presser foot is centeres but the cam hole isnt facing up! how do i move the cam hole without moving the needle ?
