Hi, I've a few different ones but they are all budget models which I've chosen because are durable enough for light use but more importantly, small and light so postage to ship is reasonable. That's what I'm using in the videos, and what I include in a kit for sale in my ebay store. The width and depth of the fork has worked well for me. However, with these budget models, the forked tip is not the strongest and can get chipped or broken with heavy use. More expensive models might have a better fork shape for your needs as well as more durable tip, and certainly there are models with interchangeable tips, although I do not have any specific suggestion. Maybe some of our friends here have suggestions.

Hi Win. Bezel, for this model anyway, is only an outer covering/layer. Not part of sealed watch body.

Hey Lone Star. I don't know if the crystal can be changed out... I thought it was permanent to the case. You could buy a replacement case from somewhere such as www.pacparts.com. But for waht you are thinking, all the GA/GD1XX cases are the same size and would be interchangeable. Your suggested swap is no problem. You could buy an old beater GA or GD that has good crystal but maybe crappy bezel and strap then just strip it down and migrate all your GA100CM over.

Hello Andy. I must agree with you that the digital information is difficult to read in the negative displays. I personally prefer the positive displays. But negative displays look cooler. At least GA110 has analog hands also.

Hey Jake, the nylon is extremely durable. worst case in a very abusive environment might be some light fraying but otherwise, not much will destroy the nylon outside of extreme heat melting or some crazy chemical exposure... it will probably endure more than your Casio GShock will. The adapters can be used on either GA100 and G7900 no problem, but I'm not sure if that is what you are asking. Someone else asked about swapping Casio straps between GA100 and G7900... I had a go with my GA100 and G7900 here and had no problems.

ga100 and ga110 bezel are interchangeable. no problem with fit. looking at other colors but some of the alternative coatings we tried already are not very durable, so we keep trying.

I thought about your inquiry a bit more. With respect to possibly magnetizing those screws, for compass watches, I would avoid doing anything that would introduce magnetic interference. For the non compass variety such as the model in this video, I cannot say if the screws adopting a slight charge from the dish would be influential to the module. I don't want to be that guy who gives you bad info. I do know that the analog modules can become inaccurate due to magnetic interference or mechanical shock... just don't know how susceptible they are. So, this is a lot of stuff to say I don't really know but maybe someone else here can chime in to set the record straight.
