I am from India I have started web hosting so location is best for India users Finland or Germany and why both Location have different prices

@@samgaming3318 You can contact hetzner, get test IP for both locations, ping, and see what latency you are getting. I think both locations give similar speeds to India. Cost depends on the country as building rent, electricity, salary, and hardware costs change based on the country.

You can access EC2 now or you lost the PEM file and can't login to ec2?

If your server has swap enabled and usage is 0, then that is good. Server will only use swap if it runs out of memory. For a properly working, swap should not be used.

How to check that my server swap is enabled or not
