I think it would be a good idea to say when you might want to consider changing the rotor. i.e. what kind of problems would you be having that would make you think the rotor needed changing

This is a very good comment. Reasons would be leaking or inaccurate injection volume dispensing.

hi, is it need to do hpv rotation or hpv check after the inspection or reassemble? since im faced with high preesure (max sett 15mpa) when rinsing or zhome. plus no drain out during rinsing or autosampler purge.

2000 psi isn't really that high. But if you have no column, it's super high. You should be checking out the valve with just a union installed so you can get a good baseline for pressure without the column.

do we need to do hpv rotation or hpv check after the reassembly? im facing high pressure when needle rinse or Z home . Plus there is no fluid drains out when im purging the autosampler or rinse needle.. max preesure set is 15mpa.
