Hi, please try below methods I found from Clockology Fans FB group. Don't forget that at the moment of syncing, Clockology should be opened on your watch too. 1. Simply restart (turn OFF and then turn ON again) your iPhone and Apple Watch 2. Turn OFF Bluetooth and Sync, then turn ON Bluetooth again and Sync. 3. If this happened after the last update, then close the app on iPhone, remove it from running in the background (do not uninstall it), close the app on your watch by pressing the crown, put your wrist down so the watch screen will go off. Wait 10 sec, open the app on your watch, then on your iPhone. Try to Sync. 4. Reinstall clockology app.
Great job everything is perfect If anybody has a problem just go through the steps and do it over I did it three times and finally got it to work my advice is to go to through the steps thoroughly
Hi, I would suggest to turn off the always on function as Clockology, like all third party apps, does not support always on. Currently, only Apple’s own faces and the workout app support always on.
Wow!!!! I actually did it! I installed that very nice looking Rolex Cosmograph face just like the one you have in this video and it looks great! Thank you so much for your help. I agree, turn off the “always on” display feature of you are going to install these custom faces on a series 5 or 6 watch. It looks better.

I have synced the beta file but I still the remote icon on the faces!? I also closed and reloaded the Clockology app but the remote icon is still there. Any idea?
Hi, the remote icon should be gone after syncing the beta file and so I guess sync was not successful. Make sure Clockology is opened on your watch when syncing the file.

Is your iPhone & Apple Watch running on iOS 14.3 and WatchOS 7.2 respectively? Anyway, it should be good as long as you have enabled the "stay alive" function
