Hello! Curious ab where I can purchase a new needle if possible? Been looking for thinner needles but all I can find online are the cut and loop head replacements.

What happened if my cut stopped cutting the yarn? Did I do something wrong? I tried switching back to the scissors it initially came in and it still won’t cut. It’s just making loops

Hello! Thank you so much for this video, but I have a real issue with the loop pile, it's not working at all! My fabric is really tight, I'm pushing hard on it, but it's stuck on the same place, impossible to move forward...do you have any idea of what's going on? I'm desperate 😭

Would you still suggest the thinner needle for cut pile of you plan on using two strands of #4 worsted weigh yarn at the same time? 🧶

i followed these steps but my scissors dont close. before putting the needles back in the machine i tested it by manually closing the scissors then sliding it through and it opened as it should. however after assembling it all together and testing the gun, the scissors stay open no matter where they are on the track. i even tried moving the wheel manually (while assembled) but the scissors just remain open. im not entirely sure where i went wrong but if anybody could help me out id appreciate it
