Step no 1: Take a steel rod and hammer and smash the nut free instead of using a 50c tool suitible for the job Step no 2: Take a crowbar and or smash the old bearings against a rusty piece of steel you find in the bazar, to loosen them. Step no 3: precision fitting! Take the discarded bearings and violently smash them with a hammer on top of the new bearings, this will cause the excellent original Chinese fit to rub on on you new rusty sandfilled bearings. Step no 4: rub old frying grease and earwax mixed with dirt on ALL movable parts DO NOT omit this step it is essential for the operation of your high speed precision spindle!! Step no 5: Hammer everything back together with a rusty nail, if you hit it exactly the same amount of times as when you opened it your spindle will be perfectly balanced!! Happy carnage!
Not so good, but you have tried. You should have cleaned the whole thing with compressed air, damp cloth to remove dust and particles before putting it back together...
Very sub std workmanship. These spindles run upto 15000 or more rpm. Hammering the lock nuts will create imbalance. What grade of bearing was used and what grease was used??. Overall, very sub standard work.
