All my location things are set in America but one day roblox randomly decided to change my thing to pounds

lol i created my roblox account using a vpn set in usa cause roblox in my country is banned and then after 5 months roblox got unbanned in my country and i am stuck at us dollars

my currency was at usd, and for some reason it changed to yen. i don't know why, I don't live in japan I live in the US.

my currency is stuck at vietnamese currency which made sense bc at one time I put my language on roblox to vietnamese

Both my daughter and I created our Roblox accounts while living in Poland. We are back in the states and our currency is still showing in PLN. Strange, we shouldn’t t have to use a VPN since we are physically in the states. Both of us got new iPads when we moved back to the US so these iPads have only been in the states.

for anyone watching this after december 2023 roblox now has the feature to change your country without using a vpn if you go into settings and account info! you can only change your country once though

So, you can set your VPN to any country you want, the account was created once and this cannot be changed. It appears that they will lose a lot of money, because some people will not be able to buy and others, like me, will ask their kids to stop playing it, after losing money for an unusable gift card.
