Very good question, I added a regular Lucas Oil Stabilizer with this change and its always a good idea to use Synthetic Stabilizer. (Just FYI - Lucas Oil Stabilizer blends with any petroleum-based or synthetic oil) Thanks, glad to help. Thank you so much for the like and thanks for watching.🙏🙌

Thanks for showing this and this is one job, every car owner needs to learn and do it, him/herself. You serious risk damaging your engine by taking it to idiots such as Pepboys or JeffiLube. Actually Pepboys destroyed my son's Armada engine, by emptying the oil and forgetting to fill it up, just because it was later in Friday and the SOB mechanic had a date waiting for him... Engine knock was what we got by Monday, and *shamelessly Pepboys denied* any wrong doing. I should have hired a lawyer and get the hell out of them but decided to donate the car to salvation army and tell my kids and family NEVER CHANGE OIL AT *BAD PEPBODY* or LIKEWISE. Now my question: I see you added Lucas additive and made it clear, this is one option you perform. Please have a look a many so called Honest Mechanics such as Scotty Kilmer, that ALWAYS emphasis not to add any additive to fluids, Oil, Gas, Transmission, radiator, saying if additive were needed, manufacturer would used it in first place and these are usually waste of money, in some cases, even damaging to the system. Can you please share you mind on this? Thanks,

oh no... that's an awful experience. I always like to do things myself and I don't feel bad at all, sometimes it's not all about money it's the satisfaction you get and the good feelings by doing things yourself. Thanks for sharing info. My personal take on additive is that I will never use it on newer models but I think it's a good idea to use it on older models10 yrs or so. Soon you try to use Amsoil signature series 5w30 and Amsoil oil filter good for 15 or 25k miles, it's a lot of smoother and quiet engine.

Hello sir, I appreciate your time for making these hummer h2 videos, I have a question about my hummer h2 2006, recently it displayed a SERVICE 4WD msg on the display, but don't really understand, I did change engine oil this week but it can't stop displaying it. Can you help out sir.

If it stays on, or the "Service 4WD System" message is displayed, there is a problem with the 4WD system. Fault code(s) should be stored in the transfer case control module and must be read with a scan tool. So It's a good idea to get a scan done and then go from there and it will tell you if the transfer case control module is bad or ABS wheel sensors went bad. The engine number is stamped on the engine block near the gearbox on the front left-hand side facing the radiator.

Whatever you do, don't burn it or you pollute our world for your own off springs. Best, fill it up in a clean container such as empty, cleaned milk or detergent, gallon (or bigger) containers (Or even the emptied oil containers though this is more cumbersome, if they are all quarter size and small) and take it to the place you bought the oil form or nearer auto-part shop, as most of them participate in recapture and recycling of used oil (Actually a very profitable job for them). Many cities, like mine, has a recycling center, designated by the city, to collect the hazardous material including oil. Search on line and you should be able to find it all.
