In this video you will learn to change the fuel level gauge of any motorcycle . First of all you need to empty the petrol tank from the pet cock .After that open the 12 mm bolt that holds the petrol tank to the motorcycle body, then lift the petrol tank from behind and disconnect all the pipes and wire connected to the fuel level gauge , once you done that lift the entire tank out of the motorcycle.
Use the motorcycle seat or any towel to place the petrol tank to avoid any scratches and turn it upside down to access the fuel level gauge . Open the 8 mm bolts to open the fuel level gauge and slowly take it out from the tank and before doing that remember the position or side to which wires are.
Bought a new fuel level gauge according to your motorcycle and do take the old one to match the new one. Be sure to place the gasket before inserting the new gauge into the tank , then tight the 8 mm bolts and after that fill the tank with petrol and inspect for any leakages .
