When I get to the password & Security it ask me for my Apple ID before I can process to the change password.

Couldn't follow the video instructions so I contacted crowt3ch on Instagram and he helped... Thanks anyway

I forgot my old password and when I click "security and passwords" it ask me to type ID password 😩 hope you can help me do something.. I even sent requests to iforgot.apple.com and they didn't reply me anything
