Brother Dubious thank you. I cut out the windshield from a plexiglass with a jigsaw. It’s really not that affective. It maybe increases the protection from the wind by 15%.
I change it in about 1500 to 2000 miles. Suzuki manual says to change it every 60 hours. If you ride hard in a dry dusty place then you should change it more often.
Hey, I'm not sure what brand they are. They came on the bike when I bought it. In the back of the mirror it says CCCs, but I wasn't able to find anything about them on the internet. They are really good tho and seem to be very good quality.
Start the bike, let it idle for a few minutes, shut it off and then check the oil while keeping the bike upright on a level surface. The dipstick is located on the frame between the gas tank and the handlebar.
