1. Locate the small release button on the back of your Kia remote control fob and press it to open up its metal casing.
2. Remove the old battery and replace it with a new one that matches its size and voltage rating.
3. If necessary, use a small flathead screwdriver to carefully pry open the metal casing of the fob before inserting your new battery into its designated spot in its interior.
4. Carefully close up your Kia remote control fob’s casing again, making sure all of its connections are lined up properly before securing any screws or clips if necessary.
5. Test out all of the fob’s functions to make sure they are working correctly.
