This gotta be the most convenient video I've come across I was trying to play angry birds epic but the screen size was zoomed in then I came across this video. I will see if it works in a while.
This is very useful if you intend to use screen casting to a 16:9 device like a projector. If you leave it on default you'll end up with a squished image while this allows you to have the projected image as originally intended.
Awsome man. I needed this to test an app for a strange "industry" device that has a 1280/720 resolution and I couldn't find any device that has it. This is perfect, thank you.
Really useful. I just set my resolution so the top and bottom bezels are much wider. The screen is now much more convenient to use. Plus, being an AMOLED screen, I'm sure it'll save some battery.
Oh wow you're polish too. Every year or so i RU-vid to change my aspect ratio. Don't have a computer and wouldn't want to root my phone / and wouldn't be able to. :(
If your phone supports wireless debugging, you can use shizuku and ashell, there's a lot of yt tutorial to change your phones aspect ratio without a pc or root just usb debugging
I had feeling this will work and it did hah now my samsung is like im playing on iphone se it feels me with nostalgia and best part u dont need to connect to pc all time just once and u can set ratio to ANY number which is best thing ever anytime without cables when you set this up once you can do it after without pc which is great too and reset it with same name red button dayumn tysm man Reminder: if you cant on yozr phone set ratio first-time just force it to do it from pc type command he mentioned when you want to take step back bcs somethings you did wrong and just put new ratio you desire instead what he said and woala! Ty for tutorial again its cool to change ratio anytime anywhere for games u like hehe
Is there a command to move the screen position, because i did the adb and it worked flawlessly but now i want to lower the screen. My android problem was cracked on the notch part and cant access the notification bar
I don't know the commands for this myself and I don't know how to do this, but it should be possible. I googled "adb move screen position" and found some stuff
Your video editing is doskonały. You have a dobry personality. That mask is unique seemingly you made it. You have potensial. You could start a chanel about something more interesting like traveling, retro pc games, maybe new retro tech reviews, or building things if you know how.
Thanks for the kind words! Also mixing polish in there lol nice Unfortunately for me I'm stuck with mobile gaming right now cause I really like it for some reason. And I'm not sure if general mobile gaming content does well at all which is quite a problem for channel growth heh I think there's a chance I'd be doing fortnite content but my PC is too weak to record and play even on the lowest possible graphics settings lol Hoping I'll be able to make mobile gaming content work out, but if it doesn't I've got ideas
@@feropont141 if I remember right my gpu is gt 1050 so yea (also I have a laptop) I think I'm good with mobile gaming for now cause it is quite fun too lol
soo I have a problem i did it on my mobile phone and I accidently applied some wierd shit and I cannot put it back I think that I pressed always allow but the cosole says its unautorized
can you join my discord so we can try to fix this? Link is in the description, I really wanna help cause that doesn't sound good, thought keep in mind I'm in school rn
I’ve been looking for such a video, thank you. Now whats the process to actually recording the footage? I tried srcpy, but it’s laggy and no audio. I tried outputting hdmi to an elgato but its a vertical image in a horizontal frame and idk how to rotate it. I’m using a Galaxy Note 8.
If you're still looking for the solution to the notch, activate developer settings and look for "display cutout". Set it to "hide". I've done this in my last three phones, I cannot stand the notches.
Great.. But i just used adb as that app was not working. And phone is working perfectly fine.. If anything happens I'll reset the screen resolution. Thanks man!
@@MobileGamesNetwork I tried it is unique but the phone OS is not good with that aspect ratio, now I am in 1400x720 260dpi. Some widgets buttons are not that responsive with the resolution.
Can this work for any resolution changer, or just the one? And either way, can you send me the link or version of this app, cuz i couldn't find it in google play. Pls and Thx
Hello sir, may i asking? so my phone touchscreen was has deadtouch like 1cm in below part. could this trick could work if i apply that to my phone to change aspect ratio above that 1cm deadtouch part? because i didnt want buy new lcd because so expensive. i already looking for my phone screen resolution, it is 1080x1920. so can i change it to like 1080x1800/1700?
Honestly this sounds like a smart use of this trick. I just tried if more exotic resolutions work and on my phone they do. However this cuts out both top and bottom on the screen, so your screen will be 2cm smaller
Thank you for the video you are awesome :) I have the new S24+ samsung line model and I have 3 questions: 1) Can I change the resolution only to apply for a game that I play on my phone without affecting the phone's interface/app resolutions or is it all or nothing together as I prefer to only maximise the game's resolution without affecting the phone's resolution? 2) If I can effectively change the resolution for the game, will there be black "dead zones" that are not receptive to touch responses? Can I alter the resolution by inputting a resolution that maximzes screen view perfectly without black dead zones? May cause slight stretching if inputed a resolution to be fullscreen ingame I assume? 3) Do not intend on rooting my phone and if the above 2 questions are solveable, the app you linked is out of date for my android device so could I use a different app to help me? Thanks again!
1. Haven't heard of an app like that and honestly I wish I did cause that would be perfect. I guess do your own research on this one 2. If you mean black bars then of course yes, if you mean things like a black dot where the front camera is (assuming you have it on ur screen) then that also stays for some reason, if you mean something else reply 3. Yeah other apps work, one that I also used is called Pixels: Resolution+DPI Changer
I'm assuming that you lowered the resolution but kept the same aspect ratio, and unfortunately I have no idea how to get rid of black bars in this case. You could try a different app like Pixels: DPI Changer or look up the problem online and hope for the best
tactical military face cover to keep my identity hidden (aka 2 plastic bags stapled together) i always wanted to record videos with my camera on but i didn't want to reveal my face either so I decided to settle for this stupid in between option
@@MobileGamesNetwork on android's developer options menu, theres an option called "smallest width" that makes the screen dpi/size smaller or bigger depending on what number you put in there. higher numbers will make it more like a tablet and smaller will make the screen cramped
