Thanks for the video, your bike looks great. Two tips to avoid sucking air into your system. (1) Don’t pump the brake while bleed valve is open, every time you release the pedal you risk sucking air in through the bleeder.You must pump first, keep the pedal held down, then open the blender to let some fluid out and close it again, before releasing the pedal, and repeat until old fluid is bled. (2) Don’t let fluid in the reservoir drop to the very bottom, keep topped up with new fluid through the procedure, otherwise you will introduce air here also. Air in the system will cause spongy brakes.
My rear was excellent from the start. Maybe a fluid change could help. But all v85 i've tried had great feel for the rear. Maybe you have lack of fluid or the peddle is not adjusted correctly? Freeplay and total engagement play can be adjusted
