1)Remove simcard and turn off esim 2)Use vpn and choose region 3)clear cache of store 4)force stop 5)storage clear cache and data 6) re open galaxy store

thanks for summarising. one small update - you don't need to physically remove the sim card, turning off the physical sim via sim manager in settings (same way the esim is turned off) worked for me.
