I think you should play in a stable version. This resource pack is ment to be played in 1.20 and I think your problem can be solved by reseting your Minecraft music and sound options
open the launcher, click the folder button, inside the "game" folder, make a folder called "mods". slap your mods in there. Go back to the launcher, change the version to either forge or fabric, depending on the mod, and open the game.
