How to change SYS/SYSTEM password in 12C-Oracle 12C Administration

Could we reset the password of the users sys and systems as and when required and provide it to the application users to perform application upgrade from their end.

while doing both installing 12c and configured default database orcl, it didn't ask for SYS and SYSTEM Password.I am trying to connect to installed databse thru sqldeveloper tool . it is always giving logon name and pwd is invlaid.Please do suggest.

and how do you change the sys user password?
