Great video. I changed the belts and cleaned unit. Reinstalled unit and it works perfectly. Only problem is trouble shooting lights still on bill acceptor. How do I reset that to go back to green display. TYIA.
Do you know why the front inlet LED would flash blue instead of green? Model VL61R45US01? Usually the inlet LEDs flash green when ready to accept bills however I have one that flashes blue and it will not store the bill. TiA
Coinco made both blue light and green light validator models. If yours are blue, that's they way the unit was made, and does not indicate a problem. If you are having bill acceptance issues, we would need a much more detailed description of exactly what is happening and the model of the host machine to be able to offer any diagnostic help. It would be better if you called us for that help, 970-623-1272.

Here is a direct replacement for your model - stores.vendorstech.com/new-coinco-vantage-vx63b45us00-bill-validator/. Also, I would recommend you watch this video - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-I2Q4D-CEMvI.html, as it may explain the issue you're having with your current unit.
If you have an MDB dedicated validator, instead of a 24 volt pulse or 110 volt validator, then you only will have half of a board essentially, and it will only fill half of the housing cavity. Since it is a 24 volt board, it will not have a high voltage warning. It's hard to get hurt on 24 volts. That warning is on 110 volt validators.
