How to Change the Color of Anything in Photoshop

I used this tutorial, and the one about cutting hair out of the background, to do a demo of a project I have in mind where I want the background to have a smidgen of color, and one prominent piece of clothing to be the only part of the person in color. Turned out good for an amateur, so thank you for your help! :)

Splendid job AARON NACE , your tutorials are more informative and are in great details in short duration smart job tums up . For changing color of any object we could also do it from adjustment + replace color, if you could explain more on this side , what better we can do.

At 7:28 - You fill the layer with Black and the command you said to do this was Shift + Delete. It didn't work, but Shift + Backspace did. I love the lens flare and separating it out so you can lower the opacity is genius.

So I tried doing this with a different photo of a car that happened to be silver, so when I tried to change it, nothing too drastic happened. I saw the "check colorize box" response for the white car comment, but I can't seem to find that.

Cool stuff! Maybe for your next episode you can show us how to add facial hair, or even remove it to make it look realistic as possible.

I do a lot of backlighting with only natural light and there are times where it is difficult to get a good skin tone after bringing the image up. Thanks and I LOVE your tutorials.
