I've been searching for a Cabin Air Filter for a 1998 Corolla LE and Rockauto doesn't have any cabin air filter for 1998 OR 1999 but they do have listing for 2000 & up. Are you sure? They don't look like the filter shown in this video I'm pretty sure (now) the one shown in this video and another I saw are NOT for American cars. The ones shown on Rockauto are square and one solid piece (they don't bend in 3 parts) like the one(s) shown
Hello! thank you for these instructive videos, I have a question do not know how to pull the interior heater hose into the coupe. have a Toyota Corolla Model 2000, can you help me?
I followed your instructions but I could not find the cabin air filter. I have corolla 2000. Called the dealership. They told me corolla 2000 does not have a cabin air filter. Can you enlighten us?
You did it in wrong direction two times. First time removing old filter (and that was the reason you broke it), and second time inserting new one. This could be ok for a right hand drive car.
If the videos are made for English speakers, you need to speak better off in English. For English speakers, we are barely able to understand what you're saying. In addition, for car videos like this, it's better to do the research first before giving out the educational videos like this, such as the cabin air filter only exists 2002 and later models, for 8th gen Corollas, 1998-2001 doesn't have cabin air filter.
I really love your video series focusing on this Toyotas. I am currently working on a Toyota Corolla AE111 , your videos has helped me out several times. Keeps it up. :)
Thanks for the video. I have a 99 Chevy Prism (same as a Toyota Corolla) and I need to clean or replace the Cabin Filter. At least I think that may be the reason my AC is not blowing cold air. The Compressor works fine and it is fully charged with Pro AC. I figure it has to be the Cabin Filter unless there is a fuse or something I am missing.
