I just want to attest... that I am a survivor of childhood abuse.. when I was 17, I had a super woo-woo therapist... who used to take me thru EMDR and what amounts the corridors exercises... changing the memories etc etc.. its powerful shit!!

you ended so well. magick changed me for better, stronger and more confident. I fear much less because i can always do magick. and because the lack of fear, I've been doing way less magick. I trust and have faith that everything will work just fine, and when they dont go in the right direction, I dont need to panic. because I have the power to change it.

I've never heard anyone explain that feeling I sometimes get where I feel "bigger". I thought I was just weird... it's like I'm all of a sudden connected to everything and everyone but not in a empathic "feelings" way... very hard to describe

Combining the Trauma Release Exercise method with my spiritual practice has been highly transformative. It stimulates a self induced therapeutic tremor that helps regulate the vagus nerve. Easy to learn in a few sessions with a practitioner, then you can do it on your own. Thank you for a wonderful interview.

What u guys are talking about is the real Kabalah. Moses was able to argue w God, and win the arguments. He mist likely was have hallucinations . Remember the serpents that were giving the Exodus trouble. Moses had the brass serpent 🐍 raised on the pole... leading us to realize snake venom was widely used to communicate w the spirit realm. He wrote down his life and past experiences. He was thus given super powers.
