How to Change your Thickness Planer's Blades

I'm becoming a Wen fan, can you adjust the blades/cutting head down lower than the feed rollers ?

My blade guard will not come out. There seems to be another half moon shape piece that is curved down and in the groove which is attached to the bottom of the blade guard. This is preventing me from extracting it. Anyone else have this issue? Suggestions?

The rollers aren’t spinning when I turn the planer on, I am also getting a sound like something is stuck inside the housing of the blade, but when I pop it open like this and spin the blade around there isn’t anything in there. Have you ever hear of this issue?

My planer is slightly higher on the left side. Any videos on how to correct this issue?

Just purchased my WEN Thickness Planer two weeks ago. I used it for two day about 2 hours each day then the belt that feeds the material stopped working along with a grinding sound.

one of the allen bolts on the blade hold down wouldnt come loose..now its stripped...what next?

The granite bed is not a replacement item. Home Depot told me to return the entire unit. Glade it was still under warranty. And the blades are Delta blades I was told after ordering a set and be they arrived in a Delta package.

I bought one and I've noticed the adjustment handle is turning on its own when the planer is running and vibrating. Is this normal? Are we expected to hold the handle in a specific position while it planes?

Where can you buy replacement blades? And are there other manufacture blades that will fit this? Like Porter Cable blades?
