You just need to adjust the speed parameter. a factory reset to default is always dangerous

I am hesitant to tell you how know the dangers of giving more speed to the wrong people but you go the parameters settings as shown in the video vand go to parameter numbers 6 select it and you can the increase or decrease the value there. I hope this was vaguely understood so only people who know what they are doing understand it

​@@shadowboyii i will try this... We have just had our trucks restricted because apparently someone at another store had some kind of accident... And now our trucks are set at 60% and it takes ages to unload a lorry... I really hope this works

Nope... doesn't work

I’m having a charging issue sometimes when I’m done using it I plug it into charge and it doesn’t charge whatsoever and then there’s times when I don’t hook it up to the charger and turn it off it powers up on its tone and I have 100% batterydoes this sound familiar?

You need a CAN-key in order to change the parameters. Refer to the manual...

Press and hold the horn button, then use the dongle or acces card to switch on the truck. Release button when P (parameters) is displayed.

U still need a CAN-key to change any settings

@@1600GSI Where can i get a CAN-key, we have about 12 BTs and only 2 move at reasonable pace

Switch off truck. Press and hold the horn button. Switch on truck. then the display should start showing different options.

You can only find out or adjust the pin code with the diagnosis software.
