Don't have a wall adapter to go along with your USB-C to Lightning cable (cable which should have come in the box with your AirPods Pro)? Here's one below (for USA). As mentioned in the video, there are other ways to charge it besides getting this wall adapter. Amazon USA Apple 20W Power Adapter (paid link): amzn.to/2HwzPk5
Pat Vitz yeah i was spewing so bad when i bought them and tried to charge with my macbook air. i had to buy a special charger port for $80 to charge with the cord the airpods pro came with.
Thank you for getting right to the point. And you helped me. Some ppl who do these videos-I think they like to hear themselves talk so they go on and on before they get to what your there for-ugh.
I've been charging my brand new airpods for the first time for about 12 hours now and the indicator light shows nothing unless I open up the lid and it's still orange afyer all these hours. What exactly is the point of an indicator light if it indicates nothing while or during or after it's done charging?
Guys either you can use the same charger that came with your phone but if you don’t have an extra charger you can charge your phone and your AirPods at night or you could just buy a $10 box that charges with the charging cord that came with your AirPods
So if I use my iPhone charger and it charges the airpods to 100 but then when I take it off the charger, it doesn't turn on at all unless it is plugged it, does that mean that something is wrong with the case itself and I need a new case... or is it because I HAVE to use the thing that came with it in the box??
@@yobro5502 ohhh ok ok because it charged fully like I plugged it in and set it up with Bluetooth and it said it's 100% but when I unplug, there's no light and it doesn't turn on nor connect with my Bluetooth. I'll just get another one and see how that works.
I've kept my charging case plugged in for a long time and there's no light. Unplugged it, opened it, still no light, hit the reset button, no light, what's wrong with it?
somebody please help. I've been charging these brand-new out-of-the-box airpods Pro for like 16 hours now and anytime I open a lid that orange indicator light is still on it never turns green. How long do these things take to charge?
If the case already has battery, then you don't need to connect it? What do you mean by "...If the case already has battery..."? Are you talking about the case battery is fully charged?
My AirPods Pro are in the case and the case is closed. The case is fully charged. There is no light on when I look at the case with the AirPods inside. Does this mean they are charging?
i appreciate you making this video . . . but . . . (sorry) . . . i noticed you did not use the charging cable that came with the ipods . . . . go ahead and try that! (my point being, well, the 'lightning' end clearly goes on the pods . . . but what about the other end? its not a usb! . . .. . . . my other computer has a receptacle for it, but i'm using it for my 2nd monitor)
Like with overcharging phones and other devices especially when their battery hasn’t been fully depleted do we run the risk of diminishing the AirPod batteries by having them in the case when not in use and charging all the time?
hmm interesting question, though they are definitely meant to stay in the case so I wouldn't overthink it. the battery on mine still works well nearly 2 years later.
This is funny of an Apple AirPods Pro. The USB C cable only can plug in with MacBook Pro to charge the battery or 2nd ways is to buy a wireless charger. I try to plug in Apple USB C Lightning into Powerbank which support USB C then I left it overnight until morning but My AirPods Pro battery still no powder in. That means it’s not works! OMG!! Such a wasted!!
what if my airpods doesn't have the light and the button on the outside............so is that the fake once........what should I do......how am I know is the case is charging or the earphone is charging......
Which i phone? I have the 10 and the guy at apple told me i cant use the wall outlet to charge the air pods cause its not the same usb cable. Like yes it comes with one but i’d have to plug it into my laptop which may not even have the right port on it. He said to get the 18 Watt charging brick for it so the cable will fit
I just got some airpod pros yesterday. i don't own an iphone and I'm charging them with the included cable. How do I know when the case is fully charged. I have it charging right now, it showed an amber led for a few seconds when I plugged it in but that led went off, so how do I know when it's fully charged?
@@techtips I tried that and it didn't do anything. I think that double tap thing only works when wirelessly charging them. I'm charging with a cable. I did find out though that if I just open the case lid during charging it will show me the case battery level. I had it plugged in for about 30 minutes then opened the case and got a green LED.
@@NonLegitNation2 this exactly what a facing now, I check through my phone and it showing 100% fully charged, but I just got this Airpods yesterday does it mean it was charged at the shop. Put when I open the case will on charging it shows orange colour light
