Apple pencil is known to be the best stylus pen for the iPad, a lot of people use it despite the accessory being really expensive. And charging it is one of the important things people should know the most about. So that's why I'm releasing this video, with the intention to inform you about the way you're supposed to be charging it, how long it takes, how it works, and much more...

If you have a iPad mini 6 buy the Otterbox defender case with a cut out for the Apple Pencil Second Generation and I believe they make cases for other iPads that are compatible with Apple Pencil 2 .

I use Targus cover, the pencil still charge with the plastic layer in between, the Pencil still lose power after a few day’s lying around not use , is that normal?

Hi nice video but I’ve got a question to ask.. I’m rn using my iPad 9th generation and I just got a 1st generation stylus Pencil as I was told works wich it does it works perfectly fine! But I cannot see my battery percentage even when I saw millions of videos and this video too Do u know how I can check it or is it just not made for this? Waiting for your reply Ly!!

Idk what to do ... I have an apple pencil gen 1 and an ipad 7th gen i've had this apple pencil for a year or 2 but the other day i tried to plug it in to my ipad and charge it so that i could do my homework and it wasnt charging at all i checked bluetooth, turned it on and off and clicked on "apple pencil" it said "to connect apple pencil, plug it in" or something like that even when it WAS plugged in I tried it again today and the same happened Can someone help?

Hi could you please tell me how many hours of constant use can you get out of the pencil, I get around 3 hours of constant use with one charge is this normal? Online it says that the pencil should last 12 hours and I don’t know if it’s standby time or use time.

Yes, it could be a problem. I would suggest that you get it checked. I have tested my Apple Pencil and it really works 11-12 hour. Even with the constant use it should not get discharge in 3 hours.

@@AyushGupta-iq4gm well, I still have the same one.. couldn't manage to drain it.. I used it for 4 to 5 hours and accidentally placed it back for a few minutes by the time I realised, it was back to 100%.. so decided not to get it tested!

What if I have cover which have pencil slot which helps it to charge , does keeping pencil over there without any use harm pencil or affects Ipad battery ?

I don't think so, when it charges then it's good, the case was made with the Apple pencil in mind... so I wouldn't worry about it.

Hey I had a question. I recently got an ipencil and ipad air 5 and I usually keep my blueetooth on and the pencil is also connected with the ipad but sometimes even after that, my pencil's battery is drained in the morning. I have to restick it again to the ipad to let it charge :( Is this normal?

If you don't stick your Apple Pencil magnetically, it won't charge but nothing bad is going to happen.

@@mandeepP same, apparently it’s Alr but what I did was I kept it on top, or in its box not on the magnetic part until I eventually bought a case for it so I just leave it around anywhere without worrying about it getting dirty, but I highly suggest to just place it somewhere else even when it’s off
