I think a contractor that rebuilt my kitchen after a slab leak did not put insulation in the outside walls the kitchen is freezing. Will this unit tell me or confirm that there's no insulation in those walls?

you can open up an outlet and see if there is insulation, or take a small drill and drill the wall the drill will bring insulation out if there is insulation, you will have to repair hole.

@@CarolinaSuccessTeam very good idea. Thank you. I swear there is no insulation in that wall. The kitchen is freezing and I can usually handle cold

@@kimleone5496 if there is not, they can blow it in, they will put holes in the top and bottom and then fill it up with loose insulation.

@@CarolinaSuccessTeam yeah I'm going to need to research it because it's been kind of chili and the downstairs is freezing. I swear there's no insulation in that wall. I'm going to drill into it under the kitchen cabinets and behind the stove and see if there's anything there.
