Jeet. Since few days I'm facing an issue with my 200 NS. When I accelerate I feel like something holding it back, pulling or drag kind of.. Later I figure out that my rear brake lever stiffens up, absolutely no play in it, and even rear wheel gets stuck.. It doesn't move freely. When I deaccelerate it comes to stop much more quicker, like its an auto brake, when I push my bike it feels stiff. Whats the problem with?
One of my bikes GS150r has a weird problem. If I keep even a little free play in clutch, then gear shifts become too hard and get stuck. Gear shifts work only if I keep the clutch wire tight and no free play. Note that I pull in the lever completely while shifting gears. Any expert solution?
I have noticed something strange lately .While cleaning and lubing my chain on center stand i noticed My bike rear tyre continues to rotate even if i keep the clutch lever fully pressed ,the rotation can be stopped just by using my hand but as soon i leave my hand the tyre keeps rotating as if the clutch is partially engaged ,the bike does not stall if i forcefully stop the tyre rotation neither it goes forward if i take it off from the center stand.Is it normal or do i need to adjust my clutch lever free play?Searched online and majority of them says its normal and its the clutch drag due to wet type clutch.I am still skeptical and would really like to know your opinion /suggestion on this.My bike is pulsar As200

Hi bro, Can you tell me how much play should have in clutch of duke 200 ? According to your video and some others RU-vidrs its around 10-15 mm (1.5 cm ). But I checked duke 200 user manual 1-3 mm (0.3 cm ) is written there. I'm comfused. Please don't take me wrong I'm generally asked a question ?
The KTM mechanic and A local mechanic told me that it's not necessary to have a small play ( as you said ) in clutch release shaft. Why I'm asking this is coz mine doesn't have any sort of play in clutch release shaft and it's not moving forward even after little push ( as it is in your case). What should I do ?

Bro, plz help me out. I got my Yezdi scrsmbler clutch plates replaced and clutch wire replaced. But after that Free play has been finished clutch is totally getitng its tension from start when i pull resulting in zero free play. Agency said they will call me in last week of Nov. Nd open nd check plz assist what could be the issue.

Whenever I do hard acceleration in 4, 5, 6 gear the rpm increases but power gets transferred later. Is this issue connected or different. I checked the free play - there is zero slack. Not moving with my finger at all, it is just too tight. Pls suggest
meri r15 v2 me jab clutch chodo tab clutch engage hona shuru hota hai and puri tarah engage ho jane ke beech ka travel kafi zada feel hota hai... iska kya reason ho sakta hai? .......i changed the clutch plates and pressure plates along with the springs and the clutch cable and clutch lever too...
Thanks bhai... I have seen Many clutch adjustment videos bt this one is best... Please make a video on how to release clutch while changing gears if u know how to.. Bcoz i have R15 v3 and i always feel Jurk after releasing clutch after shifting.. my chain also got loose so soon bcoz of that..
@@abhishekbsws obviously you'll have to leave the throttle fully... Then press the clutch, shift the gear and then leave the lever smoothly while twisting the throttle smoothly.
