Simple and straight to the point thank you Most of these posers go into a bunch of street credit BS RANT WASTING MY TIME BFORE THE TELL ME VAGUELY. WHAT I MEED. WASTING MY TIME. THANK YOU FOR GETTING TO THE POINT
Just an FYI, These are called J case fuses. There are two different styles. One is the regular tall case and the other is the low profile. I have a 2011 Crown Vic Police interceptor and these are the fuses in the fuse box under the hood.
Thanks so much for doing this video. None of the others touched on this important point. I have been trying to find this answer for quite a while. Thumbs up.
Thank you. My fuse box is jammed up under the dash and not in the open like in your example. It's hard to see the fuses by eye. Was able to get my phone up in there and get pictures of the little windows.
The black boxes are relays. If your lucky, they will have a schematic diagram on them. Here is a video that explains relays: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WrBWbnuX4QY.html
Howdy, I was trying to pull out a 30 amp fuse for my power windows but it would not come out I did not try forcing it. Do they come out? And if so can I replace it with a 30 mini Thanks
I have an 80 amp fuse stuck, it won't come out for nothing , it's almost like it got melted in . Any advice on how to get it out ? And I pretty much destroyed the top of it , pulling on it .
Hi there. I got 0.300 mA on multimeter on my car ELANTRA HYUNDAI, when I want to check voltage drop. I use screw tester I know the wrong from (B3+ BATTERY CATRIGUE FUSE 50A). Know I don't know what I do and what it mean that fuse.
my fuse that you have is twice as large as mine. do you think it can be check the same way as yours? i tried using magnifying glass a week ago but i could not see anything under the glass.
@@tubejim101 yes i have a 2003 dodge durango and all 3 fobs that i have stopped working at the same time, changed all batteries and no luck. both my fuse box diagram does show any fuse for the remote receiver or car alarm, so im trying to check all the fuses one at a time but i have about 10 fuses like yours with glass on top but half the size of yours. i checked all the flat fuse and all are good.
Alternator is probably limited to 80 amps. The point of all fuses is that they blow before wires catch fire. If you hooked up jumper cables backwards this 80 fuse would blow before the diode pack on the alternator does.
you have 120 amp fuse.....it has external connections....the ones in the fuse panel dont have that....try removing the clear fuses and use a OHM meter.....thanks...
Look up a picture of your fuse, and see how the bottom is made. Might have a tab that needs to be pressed. Some, you just pull out. Depends on what your are working on.
