Tell me where I get original ic 358. I purchased about 15 nos. ic 358 from two different sellers and all are showing below 700 when i checked them as shown by you. I dont know whether are good or not. When I assembled one ic 358 in an auto day night lamp circuit, it is not working. I checked all connections, they are ok but i don't know why it is not working.
