If we have EPS pension account (as basic pay + da then was less than Rs. 15000/-) , and we transfer to a new job (with basic pay more than Rs. 15000/-) after 6 months, can we choose the option of not futher contributing to EPS, i.e., contribute all 12% to PF?

Does the trasnfer/claim status is also showing for companies which are Trust. I do not not see anything for Trusted organisations,I have applied for my previous company TCS to current one i got confirmation from TCS stating PF is Transfered along with Annexure K but it is not reflecting in my current PF passbook ,when checked with team they said it is still with my PF office and is under process dont know how much time they took it is alomst more than 8 months after i initiated transfer.

If I have done service in company A for 6 months 10 days, and joined another company B within 2 months and not mentioned about A to B in form 11 and do not want a EPS pension account, can I still withdraw my EPS account money opened by company A via form 10 C? What are my other options? My PF is already transferred, problem is with EPS.
