That's awesome, and was the most trouble I had installing my 107mm Abec's. Initially I had slippage so I tightened them, but then had terrible noise! So had to experiment. This technique will help a lot, thanks!

No. Motor bearings and shafts unlit fail on the v2 boards that were early production. Later in production they changed the material that the motor shaft was made of and The issue was eliminated.
