Bhai concrete roads have poor visibility of road marking whereas tar roads have better visibility of road marking. So why don't we mix a colour in the concrete to make it darker so that white marking is more visible?
Excellent and very informative video. I got one question do we have moving machine for checking edge line marking on continuous length as per EN 1436 and what the frequency for testing.
If yellow line marking is that bad that you have to ban it on all roads then why other developed countries still use it along with the white line. Maybe contrast is more important to differentiate between dotted and continuous line
@@CivilTechnoIndia The zebra markings on the side barrier looks ugly. Why don't they just paint it with reflective white color instead of black and white stripes. Just white paint can help detect pedestrian or animal in the background. The patterns makes you feel tired. Even watching driving videos makes you feel hallucinated.(Did NHAI came up with this idea based on research or they are doing it because of someone's idea or recommendation)
most of city street light is yellow but white light it more reflective give broader visibility even, some highway haven't street light what exact reason which is best light of long visibility yellow and white.
@@CivilTechnoIndia I wish to learn more about the gantry on which sign boards are mount. Are the boards attached to some wire? This design is unique and I guess first time in India.
@@CivilTechnoIndia I guess, it's to reduce the cost through scalability. The gantry seems like to be made up of same cylindrical structures probably joined by bolt. Same are used in horizontal and vertical direction and attached with one another.
