This channel and My week tour channel two of the best if people are interested in technical details and information of how these projects are done. Excellent videos. I commend engineers with passion making such videos. Jai Hind.
During Testing without the proper moisture they won't pass this GSB bed.....so definately we will sprinkle the required amount of water before the checking.
Many engineers of different states views your video, So please tell the widths in English. Chabbis I don't know but if say Twenty six it is better. You tell all the matter in Hindi, no problem but SG, GSB, WMM, DBM, shoulder width in English. You may tell Hindi and English to satisfy all.
Sir ji mje ek baat samjh nhi aati hai. For example hmare wmm ki width 5 m hai to ham peg rod kis tarah or kitne distance pe lgaye jisse hmara paver disturb n ho or hamko full width b milni chahiye wmm ya koi b layer ho..mene bhut logo se pycha kisi ka reply nhi aya Plz plz reply
in lab Proctor tets is used for compaction. while other test for aggregates are Aggregate Impact Value Test, Crushing Strength Test,Abrasion test,Flakiness, Elongation test.
@@CivilDesign538 I am saying aggregate vase course Ka proctor kaise Karen where we pass material from #4 sieve jab k aggregates is bigger than #4. Sieve this is question
its not like that....it is firstly Verified in Lab itself.....still some Coarser particles would be removed which are out of specified limit by manually or by mechanically.
Gradient would be maintained in top level all the design level are fixed in gradient here 250 mm rise or fall after every 10m of horizontal distance covered. if your highway Bed is seems to be flat during embankment layers then you have to dump the materials only the half part not the full layer by this way we can also manage the gradient in running layers.
Base Course Layers Doesn't contains any Boulder.... Even Base Course Layers is Laid from more well graded material not Boulder. Boulder having the size equal to 300 mm and more can't be used in Road Construction even in Embankment formation.
