How to Check the Hui na huina 583/1583 problem

i have the wltoys version but doesnt turn , motor works but doesnt get power at the circuit board, know what might be the problem ?

Hi. Can you help me out with my loader. The left cylinder as a broken wire (the bleu one) and it doesn't work anymore. But i can't see where the bleu wire goes because the black one is broken too. Thanks

Is there a reason you are checking the motors and the moving parts.. As i watched someone else's video of their 583 and the front rear drive motors burnt out after like a week of driving here and there...
