I love how when closed his eyes and breathed deeply singing the 3rd chakra bowl and it really started singing, whereas before the bowls were doing mostly the swishing sounds

wow, I could breath in the love love and knowledge from the screen. I went to a sound bath and I fell in love with these bowls. There is nowhere unfortunately near me where I can test them. But I found a video where a woman is playing an A E C set and I was blown away. Do you think that is a good set to start with? Man I need that C octave! Makes me nutz not having it! It's like "shave and a haircut .." without the "two bits." ♫ I can't wait until spring when I can play these at 5 am on my porch and watch the neighbors come outside and lpeer at the sky, looking for aliens or Jesus. And your bowls singing as I type are vibrating the keys on my keyboard and I can feel the tone vibrating very trippy.. Question, I received a singing bowl in key of F, also have a hangpan in key of F so it works well. Curious of what other notes/frequency I can look. Into besides F for harmonics for it to work well together ?
I just ordered one of your bowls. This is something I recently got into. My friend showed me what these bowls can do and she's only got one tiny little bowl (not the best of quality) I'm going to learn more and maybe one of these days buy her a set.
I love this video . So if someone is buying some bowls they should really know if the bowl is 432 Hz based or 440 Hz based , otherwise using more than one bowl of each frequency together and playing them will result in a sound out of tune ? Like a '' F '' bowl based on a core frequency of 440Hz and and a '' C '' bowl with a core frequency of 432 Hz ? Combining however , say 2 x '' F'' bowls one 440 Hz and the other 432Hz with give Entrainment of 8 Hz which is good for the body ?

Hi Lorrysan. Thanks so much for the comments. Our answer depends on whether that is a 3rd or 4th octave bowl. If 3rd octave, a 4th octave C#, E and A will make great combinations. If you listen to those notes here, you can pick which you prefer, we each hear these harmonics differently, so tend to have different preferences, but they are all great choices. If you contact us at admin@sunreed.com we also can assist you more easily. For instance, even though you were told you have a 432 hz bowl, it is best to check actual pitch so we can match it more exactly. Thanks so much. Can you please tell me which bowl on your website is the smallest clear bowl you played in the video? Not the one with the handle but the other small clear bowl in front of the other larger clear bowls
What are the two off pitch bowls called - is it g in 3rd Octive? I would like to buy- what size are they? 8.5 inch? They are taller than the ones I see online

Hi! The power of the sound has a lot to do with how you are interacting with it with your attention and awareness. All three of those options work well, and really any sound could work well, depending on how you are using it. 440hz is the international standard for tuning instruments, so that is mostly sought after by musicians. 432hz and 528hz (also know an as 444hz) are popular tuning in the sound healing world. When making a decision like this, we recommend listening to sound files and then hearing which you are personally the most drawn to.
what if I buy a set and a few bowls are off by .5 inches? My third eye bowl is suppose to be 8in and its 7.5. The sacral and root are also off by .5 inch?
Hello. This is very usual. Typically 8 inch bowls will not be exactly 8 inches, though within .5 inch of that. This is the same for each size of crystal bowl. A 12 inch bowl could be 11.75 inches or slightly more than 12 inches. We try to focus on how the bowl sounds, and how easy it is to play. I have been considering a crystal bowl for Earth Healing with my crystal skulls but not sure so far .. although I am a guitar player..... and tune to 432HZ playing myself mainly .. I have heard somewhere that the Eart tone is more attuned to 432Hz for healing...... but..... considering that I ma wondering also if an F - heart toned bowl is better for connection for Earth Healing ? I am a master Reiki Healer but still in the dark somewhat on tones for healing. . although I alos play my 432HZ flute

Hi i was wondering if you could help someone has cracked a bowl of mine and im not sure how to go about fixing it,if it is at all possible to do so. Its a heirline crack down the side and won't play any sound at all. I just got it and haven't even heard it play yet. So i was wondering if you knew whats the best option for this. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure how large of sheets you are talking about. But, if the sheets are heavy, the bowls will be muted and will not sing around the rim, though if you tap them they should still play roughly the same tones.
I think you are talking about gold leaf sheets then. This may cause a vibratory distortion if the gold sheets are not completely adhered to the inside of the bowl, and a little bit of the sheet vibrated on the inside of the bowl. If not, I don't suppose the sheets would change the tone of the bowl. We don't have experience doing this with gold sheets though.
Hi Yann- Thank you for your inquiry. Most crystal bowls are in the 3rd or 4th octave. Very few are in the 5th octave, and to complete a full 5th octave, they would be more in the size of a bell than the typical sizes for bowls. Most people work with 4th octave bowls, which are the middle C range. A chakra set, for instance, typically begins here. The way one uses the bowls can vary from simple practices with one bowl to full octave sets used for deep relaxation, chakra balancing, or in depth healing practices. It is as much about the practitioner and their skill in healing therapies as it is the bowls themselves. We give full consultations on what bowls will best suit your wishes and needs. Hi Scott. Unfortunately crystal bowls are not made large enough to produce a 17hz tone. The lowest sound crystal bowls can play is typically around 120hz.
