Specially thanks for the capacitor calculation. I heard about audio grade capacitor would like to know what is the difference between using normal capacitor and audio grade capacitor and how much it can improve the audio quality.

Good Video, I see one error, while making uni-polar caps from electrolytic cap we have to connect both -ve terminal together and not +ve to -ve.

Sir, one correction is required. If you connect two electrolytic capacitors in series, connecting (-) leg of the first to the (+) leg of the second then the series assembly stays polarized. To make it non polarised assembly you have to connected (-) leg of the first capacitor to the (-) leg of the second capacitor. This is called back to back connection and this is the right way to make a non polarized capacitor with two polarized capacitors. Otherwise the video is very interesting. Thanks.

It's to you sir... Generally we see complex cross over circuits inside sound boxes for different kind of speakers. But from this video I came to know that a minimum parts are enough to separate different frequencies. Pls explain why so ! Also, if I want to make a sound box with a woofer, a mid range and a tweeter, then (1) what will be the ratio of wattages say in a 100 watt box (2) what are to use for proper crossovers of different speakers for maximum sound output for diff types , (3) how to combine different Ohms of different types of speakers so that my 100 watts, 8 Ohm per channel amplifiers does not be overloaded or damaged. Pls help
