Great video but I think MTB bikes, specifically XC bikes gives you better fitness compared to a road bike as they have thicker tyres and hence more resistance from ground requiring you to put more effort :) Not to mention, they are significantly heavier but they are a lot of fun to ride.

Mountain Bikes are good for mountains only 😂 Buddy within 30 minutes of riding I can break your shiny road bike chasis but I dare u that u can't even bend my MTB's Wheels Also I live in northern plains. Every bike is good just depends on the riders choice of preference. One more thing for the young riders if you have a thing for stunts and jumps go for a MTB
