Good vid yes I agree,,I'm out here in palacious texas n been just fishing under lights off pier. ,n seems the heavier lures have been better ,the other night cold n a little to windy but pulled out the ole school 52m26 out white shimmer w/pink n being a little heavier I started to slay them,,n was able to limit in between the throw backs
I'm having a tough time finding those 17 and 18MR lures up here in Northern Suffolk..Walmart and Dicks were sold out. Maybe I'll hit up Bass Pro for a large selection...great video as always.
Wow, great comparison! Are you seeing more trout and reds this year? It seems the slot regulations and a break in the storms this year is making a difference. I think the next couple of year will be on FIRE!
10 vs 12 gr , in about 150-200cm water depth i found out that 17mr is quite slow sinking .i think 18mr can be sweet spot for these kind of depths.17mr i'd go for 50-100cm more shallow water
Bud all I can say is they were there that day, the next day they weren't. The schools constantly move, so even if you knew where it was the odds it would be like this are very slim.
