Key things to remember:
Calf and ankle leashes can be used anywhere the water has no movement and there is low risk of the leash being caught on something.
Quick release belts can be used on moving or flowing water where there is a risk of the leash being caught on something.
For whitewater environments, we recommend that no leash is used.
