sir question po...what if MP2 matures in the middle of the yr, say July...how will they compute the dividend for that year?

Hi sir i just got my mp2 account number and sabi sakin pwede na ako mag start maghulog, after 5 years magkaproblem po kaya if every 6months ko lang hulugan yung P1? Baka at that time mag withdraw ako ipa complete nila yung mga month na walang hulog sa P1 😢 yung extra cash ko lang po mahulog ko kc 500monthly sa mp2 sana

Nagmature na ang mp2 ko this february 2024 at nagfile na ako ng withdrawal. Sabi ng personnel ang makukuha ko ay ang principal + dividends up to 2022 muna. Ang 2023 dividend ay makukuha after magannounce ng 2023 dividend rate sa april 2024. Then ang Jan to Feb 2024 dividend ay makukuha sa 2025 after magannounce ng 2024 dividend rate. Mahigit 1yr after maturity bago makuha lahat ng dividends kung ganun. Tama po ba sinabi ng personnel?

Hi! There is a possibility of not receiving the dividend when you have applied for a claim, but an announcement on the dividend for a particular is not yet announced. However, you are expected to receive all the principal savings plus the earned dividend so far. Thank you! :)

Paano po kaya kung walang loyalty card plus tapos wala rin po sa Pilipinas? Pwede po kayang through check pero relatives ang kukuha sa branch?

Hi Nikka! An alternative to crediting to Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus is the release through check. Based on the Guidelines and Instructions of APB Claim Form, claiming of checks through a representative shall be allowed provided the representative shall present the documents that the Fund may require relative to the provident benefit claim. Swertehan kapag good experience, ako almost three weeks na un withdrawal processing ng Mp2 hanggang ngayon hnd pa rin na wi withdraw😢😢😢

Right ako din akala ko ba mabilis lng proseso e mas mabilis proseso pag nagloan Ako april 8 2024 nagfile ng withdraw tapos sabi mag follow up after 20 working days .hangang ngayon may 17 na wala pa rin .bat antagal ng proseso e sariling pera naman namin yun .

Bakit po kaya hindi ako mkpg upload ng file may lumalabas na Un able to conplete prevoius application due to low of memory

Hi! Deposit receipt is not one of the requirements when I applied online. I submitted the following: claim application form, valid ID, cash card, and selfie phot. More information about the requirements and procedure in the video. Thank you!

Hi Ashies! I think you would need a physical copy of your card. However, there is an alternative. Please refer to 1:50 of the video for another mode of release. Thank you! :)

After mag mature, pwede ko ba lagay lahat ng yon sa bagong mp2 account? Halimbawa Nag mature @ 350k Pwede ba ako mag open ng bagong mp2 at ilagay yung 350k dun?

Hi! Based on the Pag-IBIG MP2 FAQs page, you may re-apply for a new MP2 Savings account once your current account has reached the 5-year maturity period. You may opt to deposit a portion or all the claimed MP2 to your new account using the preferred channel of payment. Thank you!
