Good decision to clean again after you had already washed and dried it. If it was my own bike, I probably would have left it and promised to get it next time (then never do it). My cat says hi to yours. 🐈⬛

I used to use Q-tips and alcohol swabs to clean my XTR M970 cassette; rather time consuming. Then I started buying WD-40 degreaser. I stopped buying this because it seemed like more went on the floor. Now it's just cheap toothbrushes and a Park Tool brush👍👍
@@NiceBikeServiceyou lost the anodizing because you used a cleaning product containing sodium hydroxyde (= caustic soda), it has nothing to do with the ultrasonic cleaner itself. Just use soap or degreaser without sodium hydroxyde and you'll see no damage on anodized parts!
Since moving to immersive waxed chains, I have not had the dirt accumulation I had before. Nevertheless, an ultrasonic cleaner with degreaser works wonders on such parts.
. . sweet nonsense. Experienced mechanical engineers clean with sensitivity and high-pressure Kärcher. in 5 minutes. first the drive, then the MTB, then the cat.

YUCK I haven't seen shit like that for years, I use wax on my chains, no mess, no reason to use chemicals to wash it off, those chemicals wipe out grease/oil where you want it, like bearings, cables, bushings, seals, all I've washed my bike with for years is water, and sometimes a rag. I simply use Squirt Wax, or you can go for the melting was route, which is probably better, but it takes time, and I ride a lot, I'm not giving up my time on the bike to wax a chain, when I can Squirt, and it go ride..Happy Trails
Thank you for your detailed comment. Paraffin greases are not suitable for everyone. You have to choose one of two problems: either dirt on the transmission with conventional lubrication or more frequent application and squeaking with paraffin lubrication
I use my speed pedelec for commute, I have 30 km in one direction. Approximately 1 hour. Based on all the videos that I have seen about Drivetrain maintenance, I should cycle 1 hour to work, 1 hour to home and then clean my drivetrain for 1hour every day. It is often raining where I live. That is just unbelievable, stupid videos. I think that cleaningles of those parts are overrated, and that the whole industry is seek.

Mit Diesel einsprühen und mit Dampfstrahler abspritzen! Wird wie Neu und dauert keine 5 Minuten! Nichts auf die Bremsscheiben bringen! Anschließend trocken fahren und Kette mit Diesellappen blank reiben ! Meine Antriebe halten sehr lange und sehen immer aus wie Neu nicht so verdreckt wie Deiner !
@@NiceBikeService das ist Super, probiere mal meinen Vorschlag aus ! Einsprühen zur Autowaschanlage fahren , Bike an linker Lenkerseite nehmen , Dampfstrahler starten Rad rückwärts im Kreis schieben und von der Bremsscheibe weg die Kasette und Kette abspritzen und auch das ganze Rad aber nicht hart punktuell sondern wischend und mit dem nötigen Abstand! Dauert keine 5 Minuten . Heim fahren und nachtrocknen ! Gabel und ablenkbare Sattelstütze mit Silikonspray leicht einsprühen, vor der nächsten Fahrt pumpen und abwischen! Mache alles an meinen Bikes selber hatte noch nie einen Lagerschaden weder Tret noch Radlager! Meine Bikes schauen alle aus wie Neu trotz ausgiebiger Benutzung!
Hay un producto nuevo y que sirve de lujo , se llama bio punch , ese tumba rapidísimo la mugre de la bici y hay para varios usos y también para Cadena y casette y sirve para desengrasar

Dzięki za komentarz! tak, wiemy dużo o tarczach hamulcowych i tłuszczu :). Hamulce leżały osobno, w bezpiecznej odległości. Stare tarcze do kosza, były bliżej.
@@NiceBikeService : napisałem to ot tak sobie, z przeznaczeniem raczej dla młodszych odbiorców (sam kiedyś robiłem w pośpiechu i robiło się przeróżne błędy). ;) Tarczę w sumie się odtłuści - gorzej z klockami. PS. A z Twojego doświadczenia serwisanta: czy jak myje się na mokro naftą taką zamontowaną w rowerze kasetę, to czy może się zdarzyć, że część tej nafty może nam wlać się do środka bębenka? (czy raczej jest to niemożliwe??)

@@NiceBikeService : O, dzięki, fajny materiał (no może oprócz tej opalarki - jakoś nie do końca to do mnie trafia, wolałbym dać nowe klocki). A sam ten metalowy kielich do napełniania oleju w hamulcu = bomba! (na Aliexpress znalazłem dwa rodzaje tych kielichów - różnią one się chyba tylko wkręcaną końcówką i symbolem LEBYCLE LT-OIL-01 oraz LT-OIL-02. Czy ten z ''dwójką'' jest do innego typu hamulców?) Chińczyki to jednak potrafią wyprodukować fajne rzeczy. 👍
