Thank you for this!! My mats get sooo gunky and I would feel tons better if I could clean them at least once in awhile. I'll definitely try the Windex. I've tried the wipes but, like you, I have joint pain and it's just too painful. Thanks again!
I didn't find I needed to! They got nice and sticky again. If your mat totally loses its stick, you can try an adhesive, but I don't love that method because it can gunk up your rollers.
This is definitely an option for some people! I know other folks who have had issues with it gunking up their rollers. But if it works for you go for it!
