My toaster is disgustingly coated with a mixture of oil and dust; found it that way. Thank you for the inspiration, now I have to find the courage to face that awful - looking mess. 🙀

I can't open inside my toaster the space is very small, I can only get a brush in how then do I clean it. Plus it's extremely brown and Dusty

On a stainless steel finish make sure you rub the lemon/salt with the grain of the finish!!

My toaster is plastic outside. You know one of those dollar store toaster. Can I clean the outside of mine the same way?

I would not. The salt acts as a mild abrasive and would likely scratch the plastic.
