Get rid of every nonstick pan you own. That Teflon coating is so Cancerous and dangerous. Throw them all out and immediately stop using these Poison Pans!

OK, so I do everything right --- except for the non-stick spray coating first -- cheaper than olive oil and butter. But maybe margarine is okay?

Sounds like I'm the example of what not to do! I use aerosol cooking spray, run mine through the dishwasher, and then stack them in the cabinet! I've been telling my wife to stop putting them in the sink with the faucet running but some did end up warped. But 8 years later and none have lost their stick!
