You are such a good teacher. Best tutorial I’ve seen lately, and I’ve seen a lot.

Another good video. Watching these videos makes me feel more confident about the machine and also things to look out for. Do keep making videos like these because some of us out here are not as familiar with the little small mechanisms making up the printer. It truly is very helpful. Thanks again and have a good weekend.

First of all, thank you so much!!! I am not a pro by any meaning of the word. However, we’re very lucky that these machines are very much still easy to work on! I’ve been lucky to have the opportunity to build my own printer, twice, before owning a BambuLab X1 Carbon and that’s made me feel much more confident when working on this one.

Thanks for the video. This is my exact error and I have been dealing with it and struggling for days up to the point of it would not print anymore. I followed the steps in this video and I’m back to printing. You gained a new subscriber.

Bambu lab needs an easy clear acsess port to clear clogging so its not a hour long rebuild everytime it happens.
@TNTBA
@TNTBA 11 месяцев назад
Hmmm. I mean I think it could be easier for sure… but I don’t think it’s a hour process once you become accustomed.

Thank you - I've torn down the whole hot end EXCEPT for that stupid filament sensor. I took the chip off but not the whole assembly. I assumed it was part of the extruder stuff. Ill give this thing a try.

Great video, Im from Australia followed your video but still getting same message, I have a feeling I have to pull the extruder apart, do you have a video on how to pull it apart ? it's actually my partners printer but he travels for work, so thought i'd help him out

Watch my video on how to replace your nozzle. I show you how to remove the nozzle from the extruder

I got this error at the very end of printing multiple times in a row. Mine turned out to be 2 things: needed to replace the cutting blade, and needed to replace a kinked bowden tube
@The_Broman
@The_Broman 6 месяцев назад
99% of the time, the filament is actually cut and out of the extruder. Go to the back of the device and at the top, where you have the black input tube, remove it and gently pull stuck filament. Then hit retry. 20sec fix to an otherwise complicated troubleshooting
@TNTBA
@TNTBA 6 месяцев назад
Yeah - to fix my issue I had to do it the way shown in the video. But yes this may also work so try this first

It looks like it could be a medical device??? But why the air chuck. It could be something for you motorcycle? Very interesting indeed looking forward to seeing what you are up to. I forgot to add this comment to you first one
@TNTBA

Haha I’m not that great of a designer yet to be creating medical equipment. Don’t let the white filament I used fool you! If you watch any of my previous shorts on youtube or TikTok you’ll know right away!

I am acctually getting pull pack failures...like the AMS didn't pull the filament back for real. In every case i just disconnect the ptfe coupler and the ams can pull it back which leads me to beleieve something is wrong with the connector or my AMS motors are underpowered...
@TNTBA
@TNTBA Год назад
It’s possible that you may need to replace the extruder gears on your AMS, or check your PTFE tubes to see if they’re too worn out and need replacement. I would bet on the PTFE tubes needing to be replaced before concluding that your AMS is underpowered. Something is getting stuck. How old is your device? Love to help if I can!
@UbberMapper
@UbberMapper Год назад
@@TNTBA My device is 2 weeks old so i doubt my ptfe tubes are worn lol
@supermodestmouse
@supermodestmouse Год назад
The ptfe tube may not be worn, but check theres not a link or bend that makes it hard for it to go through.
@TNTBA
@TNTBA Год назад
I would agree with you there! Are you running any kind of special filaments infused with anything abrasive like glow in the dark, glass, granite, or carbon fiber? If not I would guess it’s the filament cutter. Otherwise, maybe it’s a bad motor on the AMS?
@UbberMapper
@UbberMapper Год назад
@@TNTBA Nothing but Plain PLA in this ABS. I am skeptical about it being the cutter as the filament is able to retract when I loose the ptfe coupler...
