I HATE basements grew up in one ..moldy .. now have black mold on my subfloors from water damage by tenants ugh 🤬

thats typically what the insurance people have companies do. i was apart of a company that tore apart drywall that that was wet and then produced mold(because thats how it happens)

Good video. People are always scared of mold and make it more scary than it is. Mostly money hungry tenants when they are the ones that cause it in the first place.

Mold is extremely dangerous actually and it's usually caused by leaks in your home either from pipes or water entering through holes or cracks from outside. Which is a homeowner issue caused by no one.

@@zain4101 Yeah, its dangerous and can be from leaking pipes under the house. But in humid places like Nashville and Atlanta and my 25 houses, when its inside, its from the tenants themselves steaming up the shower etc is what I'm saying. No one knows everything about everything!

Of course it's got to be the tenant's fault! Cause they take showers (like the rest of the world) and "steam up the bathroom". How dare they abuse your property that way! Bottom line is lack of maintenance by the OWNER. You have slumlord mentality. I'm so glad I stopped renting other people's homes decades ago! FIX LEAKS RIGHT AWAY.
