Thank you! You just saved me from ruining all my seashells from letting it sit too long. I’m glad you showed the outcome coz I was definitely thinking of dipping all of them and leaving them for a lot longer to save time 😂 I’m definitely one of those people who has no patience so thank you for not cutting that out.
This one and one more slipped through, catching up so ignore my question about the fizzy stuff you cleaned them in. Love the one you scraped with the knife. Wow the shells turned out beautiful 👏👏👍👍💖💖
So, I live at the Jersey shore and today I was shelling in the jetties, and I found a Florida fighting conch! It was just the shell, but it was wedged under a big rock and I saw the edge sticking out. I instantly thought, no way, I have never saw one of these before and I’ve lived here all my life. Is it possible that it traveled all the way up here? I was thinking maybe someone brought it to the beach that had it at home and lost it, but either way my mind is blown. What do you think?
@@FunHouseTV it was 110% a Florida fighting conch. I was born and raised in Ocean City and I am a beach baby and I literally screamed when I found it and was like what the hell is this, I knew it wasn’t native to here at all. Butttttt 🙄 I went to a totally different beach yesterday and there was a guy coming off the beach with shells and I asked him if he found anything good (he was a shoobie) and he held up another Florida type shell, and I was like that’s not from around here! And some lady behind me says, I have heard on Facebook that someone is going around planting shells 🙄🙄 So that killed my excitement
