I'm getting a frontal sew-in so I've been studying frontal vids as much as I can. I workout a few times a week therefore I will opt out of the stocking cap method also. I need to have access to my braids and scalp. I've also had the "old school " sewins before stocking caps and my hair didn't suffer. (that maybe my hair results everyone is different.) Although weekly rigorous washing isn't recommend for kinky hair, when I feel build up I will do this frontal method and wash my whole head, braid or plate the hair down, blow dry to damp then wrap my hair in a terry cloth turban and call it a night 👏🏾💤💤😊 yass beauty and fitness👍🏾👏🏾❤

You started out strong but i wouldn’t suggest scrubbing your frontal because over time it will cause balding on the lace , spray it down very heavy then put on a shower cap and let it sit the wipe it with a warm rag until it’s clean

I did almost the same exact thing , but I used baby dailyshampoo, and for my deep washing I used my aphogee curlific shampoo with my toothbrush😀. And it also keeps your edges from pulling....yes ... It's nice too see some one else using a toothbrush too and soap instead of alcohol......

why not take it off and then wash the frontal and your hair separately?

I tried this and my frontal got matted. ☹️ Hair came through from the other side and it just got all fucked up, idk how this worked for all y’all 😭😭😭
