TLDR;
1. Remove the front part of the body
2. Remove the nib with tape
3. Remove the gasket behind the feed
4. Use soft wood. This is NOT optional. You need something as hard as hard rubber or soft wood to push the feed out. Do not use steel or iron. Paper is too soft. Press firmly to the body and push the feed out the way the gasket was.
5. Clean the spine of the feed.
6. Put them back.
I make this VDO because I couldn't find a VDO showing a strip cleaning of this particular model. As far as I know, it is Montblanc 225 (1960-ish?) piston filler fountain pen with 14k white gold nib.
When should you do this?
When the pen has inflow problem. This pen is a smooth writer. If it isn't, something is wrong. Clogging might be it.
